Booths for 2011 are available

If you are bringing animals, you must follow these guidelines: Fiber Event Animal Rules

As a reminder

Set up times: Thursday 3:00 pm-7:00 pm, Friday 7:00 am to 12:30 pm, Saturday 7:00 am to 8:30 am

Show times: Friday: 1:00 pm to 7:00 pm, Saturday: 9:00 am to 5:00 pm

Saturday Tear Down: 5:00 pm to 7:00 pm

  • During setup, please remember that there are a lot of vendors utilizing a few doors. Please be courteous. You may pull near the doors to unload your vehicle. Please move your vehicle to the Vendor parking area before setting up your booth space.
  • Saturday teardown 5:00 pm - 7:00 pm. Do not break down early. Early breakdown could result in a refusal of future applications.

Weather can be inclement; this is a rain or shine event; no refunds due weather

Building Descriptions

 

Community Building: (CB)

  • 50 booths; 9x12. Table and 2 chairs provided. Heated/cooled building. Concrete floor.

Fiber Alley - Outside Booths: 12x15

  • 4 spaces under eaves of Beef Barn with electric.
  • 20+ spaces outside for your own tent.

Fiber Arts Building (FAB)

  • 34 spaces; 8x12, 10x10, 16x12. No table or chairs provided. Completely enclosed sides, under roof.
  • No heat (we used salamander heater in center of building 2008 to help warm things up).
  • Rough concrete floor, may need sweeping. Plenty of electric to every booth.

Food Vendors:

  • Space with electric hookup for 3 or 4 food vendors, depending on size of operation.
  • Vendors with large trailers instead of tents should pay for at least 2 Outside spaces. No access to indoor kitchen.
